Thanks to an exciting new partnership between Redland LHC and the University of the West of England a vacancy has arisen for an experienced part-time coach.

Redland UWE Hockey Club & UWE HC (BUSA) is looking for a new hockey coach for the Ladies 1st XI. The 1st XI will be competing in West Women's Hockey League Premier 1 (Saturdays) and UWE HC (BUSA) West Conference 1A (Wednesdays) next season . We are looking for someone who can help make us strong contenders in the league and achieve promotion to the National League and BUSA South Premiership. It is an opportunity to manage a group of passionate people who are full of energy and commitment.

The successful candidate should have a proven coaching track record and will be seeking a new challenge to work with and lead a highly motivated team. Preferred qualifications – Level 1 and/or working towards Level 2. Training sessions will be on Monday and Thursday evenings, with match attendance on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

This is an ideal opportunity for the successful candidate to join a dynamic group of hockey coaches including a full time Head of Hockey and two other level 3 coaches. UWE's world class hockey facilities have already gained a national reputation and were a key component in securing a National Performance Centre for the West of England.
