Coaching Workshops
England Hockey’s 2008 Coaching Workshops take place between May and July. These Workshops are open to Club coaches and those working with teams of any age group. Ideally coaches should hold a Level 2 coaching qualification, but will be considered if working towards this award.The Workshops may be for continued professional development or as six workshops leading to the Level 3 Coach Award, but you need to register for the award on the Level 3 Application Form (see England Hockey website for details of National Course - residential element this year is in Bristol).
The Workshops will be tutored in a style that will disseminate the latest technical and tactical information to delegates. Delegates will be invited to discuss and debate progressions of the themes in the game context. All delegates will receive an attendance certificate.
The cost is £25 per Workshop and will include a booklet of notes from the session.
